How do you handle the Isleworth ARC submittal?

We draft the submittal package — site plan, plant schedule with photos, hardscape and material specs, lighting layout — and submit on your behalf. We follow up with the committee if revisions are requested. First-round approvals are typical because we already know what the committee will and won't accept.

Will deer eat my new plants?

If your lot has deer pressure (the less-developed sections of Windermere especially), yes — they'll go for hostas, daylilies, tulips, and roses. We design around it: lantana, plumbago, ixora, holly, beautyberry, muhly grass, and most herbs are deer-resistant.

My lot is 2+ acres — different rate?

Windermere is mostly large-lot estate properties, HOA-controlled communities, and lakefront homes on the Butler Chain. The landscape work that fits here is different from the rest of our service area — bigger budgets, stricter HOA review committees, and higher expectations for finish quality. A 4-acre Isleworth lot doesn't get treated like a 1/4-acre College Park lot, and the work product reflects that.
